02-05-08 The door that you replaced today was the first door that I bought from you in 1986. Since then I bought about 36 from you over the years. Greenhouse conditions are hard on them, with dampness and moisture. On Saturday, my first door of 22 years broke and I already had seeds started in that greenhouse. I called the office on Monday and on Tuesday my new door was up. That is service and after 22 years that is why I only call Fagan.
We recently had two garage doors installed at our home, and we wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the installation. Your installer was very professional and extremely competent. He ran into a few small unforeseen problems with the installation, but handled them like a professional. We offered him a coffee break, but he declined and we noted that he didn't even take a lunch break. He is an asset to your company, and we would highly recommend him and your company to friends.
